1. Service Overview

Real Empanada provides a meal subscription service delivering empanadas to customers in supported delivery zones across Canada. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew based on your chosen cadence (weekly or biweekly). You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before the weekly cutoff deadline. Changes made after the cutoff apply to the following delivery cycle.

3. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed via Stripe. You will be charged at the beginning of each delivery cycle. Credits and promotional discounts are applied automatically. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within our supported delivery zones. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the specified delivery location.

5. Refunds & Credits

If you experience an issue with your delivery (missing items, quality concerns), please submit a support ticket within 48 hours. We will issue account credits for verified issues. Cash refunds are available for cancelled subscriptions with unused credits.

6. Referral Program

Referral credits are issued when the referred customer completes their first paid order. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and expire 12 months after issuance. Self-referrals are not permitted.

7. Allergens

While we clearly label allergens on all products, our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Cross-contamination may occur. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.
